Livelihood and Economic Empowerment

The Livelihood and Economic Empowerment Program is a trauma-informed, client-centered initiative that provides individuals with the tools, resources, and skills necessary for economic stability and financial independence.  The program serves vulnerable populations, including refugees. Services include job readiness training, career coaching, financial literacy, and resources for long-term self-sufficiency. The program empowers participants to break the cycle of poverty and build sustainable, fulfilling livelihoods.

Job readiness training

Financial education/literacy

Employment support and entrepreneurship opportunities

Job search skills: Resume and cover letter writing, mock interviewing, etc.

English as a second language (ESL): Classes to help improve English skills

Career planning and counseling to help identify goals and connect with opportunities
